A healthy body has a health mind. A healthy man can do anything he likes, so, one should not be careless about his/her health. Bad habits and laziness can spoil good health. One must try to keep good health. To be in good health one must eat proper food at prophet time. We should also do some yoga exercises daily. Daily bath is also necessary for good health. One must keep his / her surrounding clean and hygienic. Good health happiness in life. The value of health is vital for every human on earth. Many people have suffer from diseases to allergies and stuck with a not so good life. If people had control over health, then they would make sure that there is no issue with it. A fit is one that is diseases-free and active. There are several ways which one can acquire fitness, among them running, swimming, exerting, doing yoga, maintaining disciplined life cleanliness, a healthy diet, diet, etc. plays a significant role. Health is such a luxury that not everyone is granted easily. Being unhealthy will automatically drain your money for paying the doctors, buying medicines, paying for hospital bills, etc. therefore if you have good health, then you can earn your riches. Two kinds of people exist on earth, ones who are very conscious about their health and woke hard to keep it fit, and the others are the basic couch potatoes who are lazier than a sloth. Lifestyle choices are contributing factors to poor health in many cases. These include smoking cigarettes, and can also include a poor diet, whether it is overeating or an overly constrictive diet. Inactivity can also contribute to health issues and also a lack of sleep, excessive alcohol! Consumption and neglect of oral hygiene. There are also genetic disorders that are inherits by the person and can vary in how much the affect the person and when they surface. Being unhealthy physically will make you sad and unhappy, and being not well mentally will also affect your physical health. An important way to maintain your personal health is to have a healthy diet. A healthy diet includes a variety of plant-based and animal-based foods that provide nutriments to your body. Such nutrients give you energy and keep your body running. Nutrients help build and strengthen bones, muscles, and tendons and also regulate body processes (i.e. blood). Water is essential for growth, reproduction and good health. Macronutrients are consumed in relatively large quantities and include proteins, carbohydrates, and fats and fatty acids. Micronutrients vitamins and minerals are consumed in relatively smaller quantities, but are essential to body processes. The food guide pyramid is a pyramid shaped guide of health foods divided into sections. Each section shows the recommended intake for each food group (i.e. Protein, fat, Carbohydrates, and sugars). Making healthy food choices is important because it can lower your risk of heart disease, developing some types of cancer. And it will contribute to maintaining a healthy weight. However, if you earn much money, once your health is ruined completely, there is no way you can make it better. Even our environment plays a massive role in our health, so, one should be concerned about how much sunlight, water, air, pollution is in the neighborhood. Answer the following questions: 1.
